別件でしたが、昨日のブログで触れた
「若い人の人生は負いたくない」と。
その頃から、私自身はもう初老も超えており、
決して若くもないですが、考えさせられること
かれこれ数年間・・・
しかも昨年末、いつもながらですが話しの中で
「そろそろ独立」と言われ悩み多き日々。
「何に人生を賭けるのか」と、フッと思いつつ
Ｍｙ Ｆａｖｏｒｉｔｅ ＢａｎｄであるＲＵＳＨ、
その1991年のアルバム「Roll The Bones」に
収められている「You Bet Your Life」、
そのものズバリ！人生を賭けてみようですが、
聞けば気持ちが軽くなります。
軽快なアップテンポな曲である上に、
独特の解釈で「賭け」をプラスに持っていく
秘策が隠されています。
一生懸命、やるしか無いんでしょう。
しかも今回は決して「もう要らない」と
言われたんじゃ無いですからね。
